  • Identify and prospect new potential customers across our target markets
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate sales revenue in accordance to the monthly and annual sales target of the company.
  • Utilize all sales channels from conventional to digital tools to acquire sales opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations, skilfully negotiating business deals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist the HOD in planning, implementing and executing any other business projects and assignments, related to the company.
  • Assist in the development of branding, sales and marketing materials/documentation.
  • Execute an effective pricing policy to ensure maximisation of profit margins whilst maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide customer service support to all customers including attending to all queries from customers.
  • Take ownership on the Finished Goods inventory. Ensure to eliminate/minimise any dead stock or slow-moving goods in the warehouse.
