< Job Summary >Serving as the primary liaison for the Group CFO with both internal and external stakeholder, handle the management of the Group CFO's diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments. This position reports directly to the Group CFO.< Key Responsibilities >• Schedule and manage the Group CFO's calendar, proactively arranging important meetings with internal and external individuals, and maintaining an organized office environment.• Plan and manage complex travel and accommodation arrangements for Group CFO & Senior Management.• Track submission deadlines for HOD reports and follow up with respective HODs to ensure timely submissions.• Proofread, answer, and compose routine correspondence, both handwritten and electronic, prepare selective summaries, and manage follow-up actions for the Group CFO.• Support and coordinate Board/EXCO and other meetings organized by the Group CFO's office, including teleconference arrangements and minute-taking as required.• Coordinate, plan, and organize meetings ranging from small to large scale.• Perform general clerical duties including transcribing dictation, scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
