  • Service Operations Leadership: Lead and coordinate daily service operations including field service and workshop activities, ensuring efficient execution of service jobs and timely response to customer requests.
  • Support Service Business Performance: Support the Service Manager （Head of Department） in achieving service sales targets, revenue growth, and cost control for the service department.
  • Team Supervision & Development: Supervise service supervisors and technicians, review service reports, and provide coaching and training to improve team capability. Appraisal for all service staff with Service Manager.
  • Workshop & Inventory Management: Oversee workshop operations, service tools, rental units, and spare parts inventory.
  • Warranty & Technical Support: Evaluate technical issues and support warranty claim judgment in accordance with company policy.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company safety policies.
  • Communication & Reporting: Act as the key person between management and the service team, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of management directives.
