工作内容
■ JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily operations.
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, coordination with internal teams, suppliers and clients and assisting in sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
・Provide administrative support to the sales team
・Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
・Manage and update customer and sales data in SQL systems
・Coordinate and arranging with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer support
・Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
・Assist in order processing and follow-up with customers
・Support sales reporting and Marine cargo insurance report
・Arranging pre-clearance for shipment
・Entitle shipment discount rate
・Organize purchase and sales files
资格
任职资格
■ MUST REQUIREMENT
・Fresh Graduate with internship experience in Sales Admin, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Logistic
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
■ ADVANTAGES
・Associate degree or above
・Candidate with Japanese language skill or interest in learning Japanese language has advantage
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Excellent communication skills
・Attention to detail and accuracy
