  < JOB OVERVIEW >
  As a key member of Environmental Business division, you will spearhead the execution of wastewater treatment plant projects.
  You will act as the technical bridge between Japan HQ, the Malaysia branch, and local clients (Public & Private sectors) to ensure projects are delivered according to global standards and local requirements.
  
  < KEY RESPONSIBILITIES >
  ・Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of wastewater treatment projects under the guidance of Japan HQ and the Malaysia General Manager.
  ・Technical Design & Control: Oversee project documentation, including detailed engineering designs, project drawings (AutoCAD), and technical specifications.
  ・Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients to capture requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve engineering bottlenecks.
  ・Cost & Schedule Management: Manage project budgets (RFQ/Cost status) and timelines to ensure milestones are met without compromising quality.
  ・Cross-Border Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with Sales and Engineering teams in both Malaysia and Japan (HQ) to align HQ instructions with on-site client needs.
