  [Summary]
  Responsible for designing and preparing drawings, performing structural analysis, and overseeing equipment maintenance for both in-house and third-party systems.
  
  [Job Responsibilities]
  - Perform maintenance and servicing of both in-house and third-party equipment on site.
  - Create sketches and as-built drawings based on site surveys.
  - Develop detailed design drawings and provide instructions to fabrication companies.
  - Conduct structural analysis and strength calculations during the design phase (1–2 times per week).
  - Document technical details of on-site work and reflect them in drawings.
  - Prepare proposals for equipment improvement and modifications.
  - Manage and support technical operations in Indonesia, including approximately six business trips per year.
  - Oversee project progress and coordinate with fabrication companies.
  - Ensure designs and construction adhere to safety and quality standards.
