    Supervise the production floor and operators.
    Act as a bridge between Japan HQ and Malaysia through translation of manuals and participation in meetings.
    ・Supervise approx. 20 operators and manage daily production output.
    ・Act as a coordinator between Japan HQ and the local factory.
    ・Participate in weekly meetings with Japan in Japanese and translate technical manuals for the floor.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - JLPT N3 level or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
    - 1-5 years of experience in production or tech (Fresh grads welcome).
    - 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (new graduates welcome).
