• Spearhead overall retail sales performance: Lead and manage sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive Customer Success & Satisfaction: Be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and seamless order processing for our valued clients.
• Identify & Capitalize on New Business: Proactively scout, develop, and strategically launch new and emerging business opportunities and product lines.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to inform our sales strategies.
• Orchestrate Sales & Brand Promotion: Plan and execute impactful sales promotional activities, including trade fairs and exhibitions, to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
• Champion Product & Process Innovation: Continuously identify and propose improvements based on industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
• Foster Collaborative Partnerships: Ensure seamless communication and high-quality execution by effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.

- Experience : Minimum 2 years of proven, relevant sales experience (retail or consumer products background highly advantageous).
- Require Skill : Strong sales drive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of business requirements.
