• 工作内容

  1. Export Sales Support
  a. In charge of marketing activities include visiting the customers and study the market
  situation upon requested to ensure to achieve export sales target.
  b. Introduce & promote company products to further expand sales & new countries.
  2. Export Sales Operation
  a. Monitor the sales operation of export retail products to ensure to meet customer delivery
  dateline and collection of outstanding payment.
  b. Reviewed accounts receivable aging report to ensure the payment receive on time.
  3. Monitoring of Sales Progress & Expenses
  a. Prepare accurate monthly sales report and stock movement reports of exporting
  countries to prevent out of stock and high stock situation.
  b. Strictly monitor & ensure all expense reports are updated accurately.
  4. Trade Relationship
  Respond to export customers enquiry accurately and efficiently to build trusted relationship
  with the distributors & potential customers
  
  5. Supply Chain Management
  Support in SCM & PSI Project for maximize customers' value and achieve a sustainable
  competitive advantage by develop and run the supply chains most effective & efficient ways
  possible.
  6. Brand Awareness & Consumer Knowledge
  a. Enhance the brand awareness in exporting countries through social media & marketing
  activities.
  b. Increase the public interest and product usage knowledge of the consumers by preparing
  useful promotional kits & promotional activities.
  7. Support to ensure the compliance with system requirement within the area of responsibility
  (Food Safety & Quality, Environmental, Safety, Halal and Food Defense.
  8. Travelling out of premises is required within the area of responsibility.
  9. Note: Any other responsibilities or tasks may be assigned by superior or company from time
  to time.
