Key Responsibilities
• Market research & hypothesis building: Japanese resident base, payer/insurance environment, access gaps, competitors, pricing, and patient acquisition paths.
• Stakeholder development: Visit embassies, JCCI/Japanese associations, and Japanese corporates; create partnership opportunities with companies, schools, and
insurers.
• Strategy & P/L design: Site selection, service portfolio, pricing & marketing plan, demand forecasts, and financial model.
• Entity & structure: Coordinate with local experts to define optimal legal, accounting, and tax structures.
• Licensing project management: Clarify regulatory requirements, craft timelines, and drive applications to approval.
• Clinical talent: Research hiring difficulty and channels; support recruitment of physicians and nurses.
• Launch execution: Coordinate fit-out, medical equipment, EMR/IT setup, and cashless arrangements with insurers.
• Post-launch stabilization: Track KPIs (patient volume, revisit rate, profitability, patient satisfaction) and drive improvements.

应征条件
【Must】
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Having 3 years of Hands-on experience in consulting or business development (strategy through
execution).
• Native-level Japanese and business English (external meetings and email).
• Willingness to travel and spend time on the ground across Asian markets.
【Advantage】
• MBA or equivalent business training.
• Launch experience in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services,
pharma/medical devices).
• Working knowledge of cross-border legal/tax/accounting and project management.
• Additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese).
• Experience in clinic/hospital operations, insurers/brokers, or chambers/associations.英文
