We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Executive to manage the sourcing and planning of palm-based raw materials (CPO, CPKO and related oils) to support our production operations.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute procurement of palm-based oils (CPO, CPKO, etc.) to meet production requirements and quality specifications.- Issue purchase orders and contracts with complete specifications, pricing structure and related charges.- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of raw materials in line with production planning.- Coordinate closely with Production and Laboratory teams for daily raw material receiving and quality verification.- Prepare and monitor purchase reports including Oil Purchase Report, Outstanding Purchase Report and monthly purchase summaries.- Submit required industry reports (e.g. MPOB reporting, weighted average price analysis, reports).- Follow up with suppliers on outstanding deliveries and resolve any supply discrepancies.- Report non-conformance issues promptly and support corrective actions.- Ensure compliance with company standards including QHSE, Food Safety, and Energy Management System requirements.

< JOB SUMMARY >We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaker) to strengthen relationships with existing Japanese clients and develop new business opportunities in the Southern region of Malaysia.This role focuses on client engagement, sales growth, and market expansion while working closely with the Japanese Sales Manager and internal teams.< KEY RESPONSIBILITIES >・Manage and grow relationships with existing Japanese customers, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous business expansion.・Identify and develop new business opportunities among Japanese companies in the Southern Malaysia region.・Conduct sales visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients.・Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports in coordination with internal departments.・Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.・Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to support strategic planning.・Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.・Provide regular updates and reports to the Japanese Sales Manager.

< About the Role >We are looking for an experienced Business Development Assistant Manager to lead sales initiatives in Malaysia.The successful candidate will have a strong network in the specialty metals and precision machining industries, and will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.< Key Responsibilities >• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Malaysia• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets• Conduct market research and competitive analysis• Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payment collection• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics• Collaborate with the Sales Director and Singapore HQ• Travel extensively within Malaysia (and occasionally to Singapore)• Report regularly via digital tools (email, Google Sheets, CRM)

・Total Salary = RM 10,000 ~ RM 12,000
・Transportation expenses within Malaysia and Mobile Phone expenses will be a fixed monthly allowance.
・Traveling out of Malaysia will be on a reimbursement basis e.g. to Singapore.

・Commission Scheme: Performance-based, up to 20% of base salary
