    ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    ・Provide direct support to the GCCO/CEO in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and tracking key deadlines.
    ・Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, booking meeting rooms, and handling visitor arrangements
    ・To provide relevant administration and support to the sales team
    ・To assist sales team in preparing quotations and sales proposals
    ・Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and approvals
    ・Manage internal sales WhatsApp groups, email distribution lists, and contact records.
    ・Liaise with internal teams and external parties on behalf of the sales team as needed
    ・Handle day-to-day administrative duties and provide ad hoc support to the Sales leadership and team members as directed

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 1 year of Sales Admin working experience
    ・Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    ・Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    ・Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration and customer engagement
