  Job Descriptions:
  
  • In charge of new product development.
  • To carry out design and development of the product through product research, testing and analysis.
  • Liaise with customer on product development documents and implement quality deliverables as customer requirements.
  • Coordination and preparation of product samples and pre-production through divisional control management
  • Improve existing equipment based on technical requirements and performing functional test of the product.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams, sales and purchasing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and performance criteria.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate design options and make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and services needed for product development and production.
  • Support manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing design improvements.
  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and cross-functional team discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
