工作内容
• Identify key strategies for market penetration and actively engage with the team. (Approx. 2 days in the field, 3 days in marketing-related activities weekly). Take ownership of personal sales responsibility within specifically assigned institutions. • Manage product portfolios across Respiratory, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology therapeutic areas.• Support product launches and execute marketing activities (both online and offline).• Assist in planning and implementing physical / digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.• Establish, develop, and maintain sustainable business growth, strategic planning (including SWOT analysis).• Monitor, evaluate, and report updated market trends and competitor activities to management on a monthly basis.• Develop, maintain, and apply strong product knowledge and awareness of the healthcare business environment.• Strategize, plan, and execute marketing activities aligned with business objectives within the defined territory.• Conduct data reporting: prepare monthly sales/marketing reports, perform market research, analyze territory and customer data, and track budgets for marketing events.• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through regular field visits and maintain an updated prescriber database.• Support pharmacovigilance processes by ensuring adverse event (AE) reports are documented and communicated promptly to the Pharmacovigilance Manager.• Adhere strictly to company guidelines: MYOP/SGOP Code of Conduct, local Pharma Code of Conduct, and High-Performance Culture standards.• Execute and follow up on planned activities within agreed timelines.• Maintain a positive, self-motivated attitude while contributing to team spirit and collaboration.• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as required.
