  <Job Description>
  • Support trading activities for precious metals including gold, silver, and PGMs.
  • Evaluate purchasing decisions with a focus on profitability.
  • Review trade-related documents, such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs), to ensure compliance before sending to customer.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery, work with suppliers to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Maintain and update customer records and assist with managing customer relationship.
  • Assist in preparing reports on activities, customer acquisition, profitability targets, and trading performance.
  • Utilize trading platforms to support hedging activities and manage basic price risk.
  • Reconcile trading positions and prepare end-of-day reports for the finance team.
  • Ensure accurate execution and pricing of internal and external trades, including spot and forward transactions.
  • Maintain and organize order books and ensure effective communication with the trading and management teams.
