  Overview:
  As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting both commercial and operational functions. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing sales and inventory planning, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  -Prepare sales budgets and projections; support monthly closing reports.
  -Handle customer complaints using structured methods (e.g., 8D reports).
  -Coordinate purchasing and inventory planning to meet production needs.
  -Liaise with freight forwarders, QA, and courier services for raw materials and shipment of finished goods.
  -Ensure proper documentation for sales, delivery, and invoicing.
