  【Main Job Responsibilities】
  
  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process:
  Coordinate all aspects of the tender process, including the preparation of tender documents, submission schedules, liaison with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry regulations.
  
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications:
  Accurately extract and compile material and labor quantities from architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to support cost estimation and procurement planning.
  
  • Prepare detailed cost datasheets for tenders, budgets, estimates, and active construction projects:
  Develop and maintain comprehensive cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads, using standardized formats and cost databases. Ensure that estimates are competitive, aligned with project specifications, and support decision-making for bid/no-bid evaluations.
  
  • Manage contract administration and final account settlement:
  Oversee the contractual aspects of the project, including progress payments, variations, claims, and dispute resolution. Lead the preparation and negotiation of the final account with clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate closure of project financials.
