    ・To develop a systematic approach to lead generation and conversion within the local market.
    ・Delivery of presentations and creation of client specific solutions, concept papers and executive summaries.
    ・Preparations of proposals and managing bid integrity both technically and commercially in co-operation with design and engineering team.
    ・Strategic planning and marketing of products and solutions.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・At least 5 years of sales experience dealing in providing building facilities / building materials / building amenities to property construction industry.
    ・Candidate with good contacts of property developer / building engineering consultant / building main contractor, sub-contractor

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Science or Business Studies.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    ・Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events domestically.
    ・Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    ・Strong leadership, proactive, and team management skills.
