Job Responsibilities:
- Serve and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents based on client requests.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, etc.).
- Provide sales support, including follow-ups with clients and order tracking.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the sales team.
资格
任职资格
- Possess at least SPM and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Preferably 1 year experience as Sales/Sales Admin/ Support/ Coordinator
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English.
