■ JOB SUMMARYSupport regional social media campaigns, content, influencer marketing and social commerce initiatives across Southeast Asia.Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to drive social engagement and campaign performance across B2B and B2C channels.■ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESWork with social media agencies and regional business units on the development and execution of social media strategies and content for new product launches.Implement social media amplification, affiliate marketing and social commerce initiatives as part of integrated marketing campaigns.Collaborate with PR, Digital, E-commerce and Marcom teams on social media planning and execution to enhance online presence, community engagement and sales conversion.Review and edit content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, including corporate and executive profiles.Manage influencer marketing campaigns and support media/influencer engagement activities.Oversee video content creation with social media and creative agencies.Monitor social media performance and provide monthly analysis and reporting.Support regional stakeholders on reporting and campaign requirements.Manage agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are within approved budgets, timelines and communication guidelines.
