    - Importing, exporting and domestic delivery　
    - Responsible for providing coordination and post service administrative support in fulfilling customer order and needs.
    - Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes promptly and professionally.
    - Prepare & support Sales & Service Team on Quotation, order processing, prepare Purchasing Order to the suppliers, process shipments management, prepare invoicing, etc.
    - Conduct customer survey and constantly provide feedback to customers.
    - Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - At least 3-5 years of experience in trading and delivery operations
    (Not only issuing documents, but also liaising with warehouse companies and customers, coordinating and negotiating delivery dates, and arranging trucks)

    【Prefer】
    - Having working experience in Chemicals industry, Petrochemicals industry, Trading companies, Logistics companies
    - Having working experience in Japanese trading company
