工作内容
1. Visit the customer regularly, understand customer values and their organization internal operation, budget cycle, maintenance cycle & practice.
2. Collect necessary data, info and VOC (Voice of Customer) for Service Business activities, and to forward this information to relevant persons/parties such as but not limited to management, engineers and commercial staff in the Company etc.
3. Acquire good industry intelligence and trends through account and market survey.
4. Foster relationships with customers at all levels. Lead strategic alliance between company and account customer as preferred solution provider.
5. Develop and drive strategies, solutions and proposals for each opportunity for potential sales with OEM solutions
6. Update internal documentation, including Target Projects List, Customer Profiles.
7. Take initiative in negotiations and follow up with the customer.
8. After securing the order, plan, review, coordinate and execute the project in outages, manage the project within the project cost, schedule and quality.
9. Attend Meetings with Customers as Representative of the Company.
10. Overview the lead time delivery of spare parts, labor, TA’s arrangement for outage work execution with Contract Administrative (CA) and Technical Support Engineer (TSE). The role is NOT to be involved to all steps, but to monitor and deliver the related documents (invoicing, DO)/parts and others to Customers in timely manner.
11. Review and coordinate schedule of outage works activity, internally and externally for the outage work execution.
12. Take lead in SBU (Service Business Unit) team to support planning and implementing the sales activities;
13. Coordination between group Engineering Group / counterpart in Australia & Customer (direct contact for confirmation, clarification & explanation).
14. Report discussion results at Meeting (write Minutes of Meeting) to the Company, and when necessary and/or appropriate, also to internal counterparts companies
15. Participate in the Toshiba SBU Globalization activities as the Company’s representative, whenever required.
16. Learn company's way of thinking, behavior and make use of it into actual business.
17. Any other assignments required from the Company.
18. Candidate need to prepare to do BD and existing client management.
19. Not always heavy but needs to prepare to travel wherever and whenever necessary. (Includes Klang Valley, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Kulim, Perak, East M’sia.)

任职资格
- Education Background :
> Degree / Diploma in any engineering.
> Other study with proven working experience can be considered.
- Experience :
> 5 years Key Account Management/Project Management/Client Management/Proposal engineer/tender engineer/Sales Engineer working experience in Power Plant or Oil & Gas industry.
- Skills:
> General understanding in commercial terms (ie. Incoterm, FIDIC, Contracts T&C).
> Understanding preparation of budget cycle/OPEX/CAPEX is an added advantage.
- Others:
> Experience of outage work/ shutdown/ turnaround work for plant is an added advantage.
> To be able to work independently and taking lead to manage the outage activity.
> Team oriented, effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), rapport-building skills, positive, flexible, resilient, organized, willing to ‘push up their sleeves’, focused, results-driven, sense of humor and a willingness to learn/develop.
> Energetic and passion about sales.
> Ideal for those looking to change from technical support in proposal to front end sales.
> Enjoy people interacting and good interpersonal skills.

Salary = RM 5,000 ~ RM 8,000
** 1 Year contract initially, converted to permanent position after 1 year.
** However, entitlement of benefits (AL, insurance and etc.) is equivalent with permanent staff.
