  Job Scope:\1. Working closely with design team, consultant and local authority to ensure the building is designed and built as per approved plan;
  2. Plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure;
  3. Responsible for the day-to-day Utility & Facility Operations to ensure smooth manufacturing, operation;
  4. To lead team to control and maintain good quality of facility’s supply such as Electrical, Spec gas and chemical;
  5. Manage the preventive maintenance for facilities equipment;
  6. To manage, plan and execute task assigned by superior or management;
  7. Manage good record and maintain good filling system as per ISO requirement;
  8. Ensure operational excellence, build teamwork and people engagement;
  9. To execute task in ensuring operation stability, encourage bright idea implementation, coaching and people development;
  10. To execute cost expenses within approved budget;
  11. Evaluate operation systems & oversee the facility infrastructure to ensure the project operations are running smoothly and improve it from time to time;
  12. Coordinating and supervise contractors’ maintenance activities;
  13. Ensure all Spec gas, Chemical and electrical system PM perform accordingly OEM suggestion;
  14. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards;
  15. Provide technical expertise on various technical standards and engineering requirements;
  16. Complete any other job assignments required by the immediate superior or the management from time to time.
