  <Option1: Lawyer>
  Main job scope: Law investigation, contract creation / negotiation, etc.
  Job responsibilities:
  - Working on any legal matters/inquiries by cooperating with other branches (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Tokyo and others)
  - To provide various legal advice (Such as M&A, Establishment of headquarters, Establishment of Asian Subsidi, Dispute resolution, Compliance compliance, real estate, finance, Labor law, intellectual property, Venture company support, ASEAN Immigration Support, Wealth Management and etc.)
  - To support and to give some advice to clients and internal Lawyers/Attorneys in between from the prospective of Malaysia law
  - Major clients are Japanese companies in Malaysia or Japanese companies to set up the office in Malaysia
  
  <Option2: Paralegal>
  Main role: Research and Support in contract creation or other supports for Lawyer
  Job responsibilities:
  - To Report to internal Lawyer
  - To work closely with internal lawyer and translate between Japanese client and lawyer
  - Drafting and preparation of company letters and service agreement with customers
  - Reviewing, checking and up-keeping of contracts & agreements from vendors and landlords, etc.
  - To Participate in contracts/agreements negotiation with customers
  - Liaising and consulting with solicitor for advice on legal matters
  - To support other general administration or operations when required
