工作内容
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.- Develop, review, and implement company policies and procedures related to compliance and governance.- Support and coordinate internal and external audits (if any).- Monitor and follow up on compliance findings, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans.- Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal-related documentation.- Provide support and advice on legal, compliance, and governance matters to other departments and management.- Liaise with external parties such as legal firms, government authorities, auditors, and customers when required.- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting related to compliance and legal matters.
