世界中に展開している物流サービスの営業を、法人/個人向けに行って頂きます。個人のノルマはなく、チームで掲げる目標達成を目指します。
お客様へのご提案、見積から受注、当日の立ち会い、通関手続きなどの各種事務等が主な業務内容です。実際の物流作業はローカルスタッフが行いますので、力仕事はありません
具体的には、
■電話・メール・自社ウェブサイトからの問合せ対応
■料金・パッケージのご案内(段ボールの数や運ぶ物の種類に応じたトータルソリューションの提案)
■お見積り作成、受注
■出入金管理
■当日の立ち合い(ローカルスタッフの作業員の現場管理)
■通関手続きなど

Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.8.
