o Duties:
-Provide Accounts Payable transaction processing support to deliver Accounts Payable services to the vendors in accordance with established Accounts Payable processes and work procedures and in compliance with ALBS policies, requirements and local company legal and statutory requirements.
- Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and targets.
-Process accounts payable workflow within the given time frame Attend to the Accounts Payable inbox and assigned tickets accordingly Fill-up rejection forms accordingly, reason should be clearly identified and no invalid rejection.
-Monitor and process urgent requests before the specified deadline.
-Resolve accounts payable and vendor issues Create ticket (Quick Close) for all service requests Process all the expense claims request received stakeholders as per agreed timeline.

- Education Background : Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Business Management.

THE ROLE:The Enterprise Risk Officer will assist the Chief Risk Officer in leading and manage the Company’s ERM program. This entails compliance with the ERM policy which includes an annual risk assessment reporting to management risk committee and the board of directors, reporting on alignment with risk appetite, monitoring emerging risks and partnering with business units throughout the credit union to facilitate risk mitigation plans.RESPONSIBILITIES•Lead annual risk assessments with key business units to assess, quantify, aggregate and capture mitigation strategies for exposures resulting in a risk profile for the credit union by NCUA risk category (reputation, strategic, credit, transaction, interest rate, liquidity, compliance)•Evaluate risk profile to ensure alignment with Board established risk appetite and strategy•Update risk appetite statements and metrics to align to business objectives and strategy•Maintain an ERM Policy consistent with regulatory expectations and communicate throughout the organization•Monitor risk environment including design, collection and analysis of key risk indicator as well as emerging risks to determine appropriate action plans, if necessary•Participate in risk committees and provide credible challenge to information or decisions at hand. Serve as subject matter expert to consult with management and provide risk advice, best practices for new systems, programs, products or services.•Manage the risk acceptance process and serve as a resource to the business as needed•Work closely with business units to oversee execution of model risk management policy. OBJECTIVES:Specialize in IT Security; implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information to ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance against Information Security Policy and Standards, Statutory Legal and Regulatory requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead, oversee day-to-day IT security incidents/administration/health check current servers and network infrastructure security control.
