★管理部門にて、社内の日本人従業員のサポートをメインに担って頂きます!★
駐在員とのやりとりが多いので、コミュニケーションに抵抗のない方におすすめです。
【主な業務内容】
・マレーシアの各拠点(全6拠点)にいる日本人出向社員15人、現地採用5人のサポート。
・日本本社とのやり取り(出張者の手配等)
例)ホテルや移動手段・食事の手配など、出張者が必要とするものを連携とりながら把握し、マネジャーに共有・依頼。
※実際に自分ですべて手配することはありませんが、必要なものを把握し手配を依頼するところまでを行っていただきます。
・その他、総務マネジャーの指示のもと事務作業
・社外とのやり取りにおいては人事総務の要素が強いです。
例)人材紹介、保険、ビザ関連、営業対応(受ける側、例えば複合機、時事通信、タウン情報誌、等・出勤簿の管理、スケジュール管理等
裏方で人のサポートをするのが好き、小回りが利く方、

工作内容
1. End-to-End Recruitment- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and creative roles.- Handle everything from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations.- Develop innovative strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law- Act as the internal subject matter expert on the Employment Act 1955 and other local regulations.- Ensure all employment contracts, termination procedures, and company policies are legally sound and up to date.3.
