  Company Introduction: Japanese well-known electronic & electric products, also as investment holding company which provides management Services such as shared services, training, corporate external affairs, HR consultancy, in house legal services & recruiting center for the group of companies.
  
  Location: Petaling Jaya (Seksyen 13, 15 minutes walking distance to PJ33 CyberCenter)
  
  
  Job Descriptions:
  This position is the primary contact for Consumer Sales & Distribution and Business Solution areas, to bridge between the business and Regional IT Delivery for the APAC Operations in about 10 countries. The role requires incumbent to have a good knowledge of Sales Distribution & Accounting in APAC countries and the ability to influence and drive strategic changes in line with Regional management and country business management.
  
  - Analyse areas for improvement in business process, with recommendations for standardization and compliance and defining these improvements into system requirements.
  - Responsible for documenting, analyzing and reviewing detailed business processes.
  - Support new system/system change projects:
  - Gather, analyse and formalize users business requirements;
  - Review blueprints, functional documents, etc.,
  - Advise Service Delivery Teams in system design.,
  - Works with users and IT for system testing and user acceptance, to verify the users' requirements are incorporated into the system design.
  - Responsible for executing business process transformations, working with Regional teams to deliver innovations to the countries.
  - Evaluate business cases, IT solutions and prepare proposals for approvals,
  - Interfacing with external solutions providers to deliver projects/solutions. Day-to-Day Application support services to businesses with measurable SLAs.
