* Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure timely escalation and remediation of any control deficiencies identified.
* Ensure service level agreements (SLA) and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met.
* Ensure timely submission of local government reporting and surveys.
* Develop new and update existing desktop procedures to reflect changes in process.
* Involvement in migration of new system from Coda to Oracle.
* Provide clear guidance and training to junior team members.
* Involvement in ad hoc R2R and ASSC activities.
* Providing support to other markets within the R2R function.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Thai
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance is compulsory
- Professional Accounting Certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an added advantage
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year of working experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, financial statements and reports.
- Require Skill : Excellent communication and time management skills
Proven ability to work as member of multi- functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and focus on results
Ability to deal with key stakeholders in the market, head office and ASSC
Previous experience with migration and ERP systems implementation will be an added advantage
