Resolution:

Job Description Company background:

Working Location: Shah Alam

Job scope:
-Program various CNC machines utilizing CAM software from solid models, drawings, and any other formats.
-Maintain, optimize, and share settings as well as parameters resident to CAM software such as tooling libraries, macros, sub-routines, and standard cutting condition definitions.
-Determine reference points and optimal cutting directions for tool path definition besides sequencing CNC operations for best results.
-Analyze CNC errors, locate root cause in code and take corrective action if and when others cannot especially if code was generated by lower level programmers.
-Any and all other duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Able to communicate via English, Malay (spoken and written)
- Education Background :at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience : At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Require Skill :
・Able to read & interpret engineering drawing, and handle measuring equipment.
・Able to generate a process and program with 2D&3D CAD-CAM software, and G-Code&M-Code.
・CNC and Conventional Milling Machines---Must be able to set up, operate, calibrate and maintain machines and tools.
・Able to work independently.
・Computer literate.
