    - Prepare and manage shipping and trade documents, including invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit.
    - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth import/export operations.
    - Track shipments and update delivery schedules as needed.
    - Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
    - Handle tariff classifications, HS codes, and duty calculations.
    - Maintain records of international transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
    - Support internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) with trade-related queries.
    - Address and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Accounting
    - Having 3 years of Trading Admin (customs clearance)

    【Advantage】
    - Having Japanese Skills
