Job Description
-Oversees daily QA/QC operations, including scheduling work and deploying manpower.
-Ensures company-wide adherence to GMP, Halal, and other compliance standards.
-Drives continuous improvement in quality systems, productivity, efficiency, and costs.
-Serves on the Customer Complaint Team and as an Internal Quality Auditor.
-Manages documentation, including Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
-Handles product returns, non-conformance, scrap, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
-Manages equipment calibration, incoming material inspection, and stability studies.
-Supports R&D, ensures effective pest control, and verifies cleaning/sanitization programs.
-Trains staff on technical and GMP issues.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-At least 2 year of related experience in an equivalent field.
-Physically and mentally fit, tidy, non-asthmatic, and not color blind.English Level
