Job Description
- Manage and execute marketing activities across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Maintain and update company website content, ensuring accurate product information and promotional updates.
- Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, social media insights, and website traffic.
- Oversee and monitor POS system data including sales performance, stock movement, and promotional tracking.
- Manage product pricing updates and ensure alignment across POS system, website, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with sales and operations team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Prepare marketing reports, competitor analysis, and market trend insights.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing, preferably with hands-on social media management.
- Experience managing website content and digital marketing tools.
- Familiar with POS systems and basic sales data analysis.
- Good understanding of pricing strategy and promotion planning.
- Creative, analytical, and result-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media analytics tools.English Level
