  Job Summary
  Manage B2B customer orders, production planning, inventory, and logistics while coordinating closely with customers, internal departments, and external logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Manage customer orders, sales planning, budgeting, and projections while maintaining strong relationships with key customers, particularly in China.
  - Plan and forecast raw material purchasing, receiving, and inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for production operations.
  - Coordinate production planning and finished goods delivery schedules with internal manufacturing and shipping teams.
  - Prepare and manage documentation for sales, delivery, invoicing, and financial closing, ensuring accurate and timely system updates.
  - Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier services to coordinate the delivery of raw materials, finished goods, and samples.
  - Coordinate with QA and customers regarding pre-shipment samples and ensure timely submission and delivery.
  - Handle customer inquiries and complaints, including coordination of 8D reports and corrective actions where required.
  - Ensure compliance with relevant quality and environmental requirements, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
