Summary
Sales Coordinator responsible for client communication, bridging Japan-Malaysia business needs, maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales operations, and assisting in campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Liaise between HQ in Japan and Malaysian companies to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication across sales teams and clients
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
