    Job Overview
    As an IT Sales Engineer, he or she will combine your technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. He or she will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales processes. Your role is critical in helping customers understand the value and benefits of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre-sales technical support.
    - Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical capabilities and benefits.
    - Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their technical needs and design customized solutions that meet their requirements.
    - Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.
    - Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
    - Technical Training: Provide training and support to customers on the use of the company's products and solutions.
    - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations.
    - Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product improvements.
    - Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    - Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
    - Technical Skills:
    o Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions.
    o Knowledge of sales automation tools.

    - Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    - Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    - Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support sales activities.
