After graduating from Rikkyo University, Naito started his career in Recruitment contributing to the business expansions in China, established Vietnam and Thailand markets, as well as business planning for the Recruit group.
In 2015, he joined the Reeracoen Group to build the Malaysia branch and was promoted as the Group CEO of Reeracoen Group.
In recent years he has contributed to various overseas business expansions, providing HR professional services throughout the Asia region.

Yagi graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in 2009 and began his career at Indeed Recruit Partners Co., Ltd. (formerly Recruit Agent), one of Japan’s leading recruitment firms. He worked closely with clients across diverse industries, supporting hiring initiatives from startups to large global enterprises.
In 2015, he joined REERACOEN Group, helping establish the Malaysia branch and later holding leadership roles across Hong Kong, India, and Vietnam. In 2025, he returned to Malaysia as Country Manager, focusing on strategic talent acquisition for companies while guiding professionals to grow their careers through meaningful opportunities.
