Job Description
1. Market Research and Analysis:• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.• Analyze market data and customer insights to develop actionable strategies and recommendations.• Monitor and report on key market metrics and indicators.2. Sales:• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects.• Initiate development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.• Provide sales team with relevant market insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices.3. Lead Generation and Data Analysis:• Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.• Qualify and categorize leads and prospects according to customer profile and purchasing appetite.• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients aligned with the company targets.4. Sales Strategy Development:• Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and refine the sales strategy.• Assist in setting sales goals, targets, and KPIs.• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, techniques, and best practices. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track sales progress and effectiveness of business development efforts and strategies.5. Customer Relationship Management:• Nurture relationships with key clients and prospects.• Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences.• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
