From there, analyse the brand’s result and come up with the issues / areas which requires attention and further analysis. • By analysing the Profit & Loss of the sub brand, analyse the factors which impacted and influenced the brand’s profit. • Create short-term and mid-term strategy for the sub brand which help to increase the sub brand value in a short to mid term period. With the planned strategy, he / she should be able to allocate the right resources for the execution of the 4P strategy. • Create guidelines for the sub brand and to champion & drive the 4P strategy. • Communicate and drive the sub brand strategies and objectives with Key Account team in order to ensure the same understanding across different departments. • Basing on the overall sub brand strategy, “slice” down all the processes which are involved and to attach a specific goal / target to each of the process. • Track and monitor the progress of the strategy. Should there be any deviations from the timeline / target, incumbent would need to propose the appropriate countermeasures.
