【Job Summary】Responsible in the engineering execution of related projects including outages, overhauls, and technical service activities. TSE is responsible in preparing engineering deliverables, field execution, and contributing to quality and safety compliance.【Job Responsibilities】Technical• Execution of plant overhaul or maintenance work at site, including site measurements and work progress updates according to planning and contract award commitment.• Provide technical input for spare parts lists, tooling, and planning documents.• Attend site work (as needed) to understand processes equipment disassembly, inspection, and reassembly.• Assist in managing vendor scope at site and reporting any deviations.• Prepare technical documents: service reports, technical proposal drafts, RSPL, ITP, BOM, DOW, technical drawings, and check sheets.• Coordinate with internal quality and safety team to ensure compliance during site execution.• Support Senior Engineer and Key Account Manager (KAM) in the case of technical trouble investigation, quality / non-conformity issue and provide recommendations and field work support.• Support in responding to customer technical queries.• Provide technical support for minor upgrade or retrofitting proposal.• Provide technical review for the proposal to customer or RFQ to vendor.• Support KAM to define scope, feasibility, and technical solutions for business opportunities.• Work with the Contract Administration Team on vendor quotations and scope clarifications.• Ensure full compliance with company engineering standards, related codes, Export Control requirements and safety procedure and customer-specific requirements.Technical Development & Team Contributions• Learn and apply company standards, relevant codes and company procedures.• Participate in training programs, knowledge sharing, and internal technical reviews.• Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers and KAM on assigned scopes.• Record and manage engineering know-how, lessons learned, and technical data in the internal database.
