<Job Description>-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and grow customer base within the scaffolding sector.-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.-Plan and execute regular sales visits to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.-Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and technical solutions that align with customer requirements and company objectives.-Collaborate with the Design & Engineering team to deliver impactful technical presentations and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison to ensure timely responses and resolution of any issues.-Manage all documentation and presentation materials for project tenders, including cost estimates and technical submissions.-Contribute to the development of innovative business development strategies to strengthen market position.-Track and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections.-Support other sales, marketing, and business development initiatives as assigned by management.

- Involve in planning, supervising, coordinating, performing and assigning corporate-wide compliance audits on the portfolio assigned and ensure successful completion on a timely basis; - Possess up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (e.g MPERS/MFRS and ISA), listing requirements, the firm’s latest audit methodology, the firm’s latest quality management manual and technology implementation procedures and uphold the quality standards of various engagements; - Perform special assignments or audits related jobs as directed by partners/superiors.
