Job Description
Primary Job Functions:Responsible for the daily operations of the store, including:1. Staffing- Supervising and training employees, recruiting new staff, and determining schedules2. Customer service- Assisting customers, motivating sales teams, and developing customer service3. Business- Setting sales goals, developing business strategies, and implementing them4. Inventory- Maintaining inventory and ensuring product availability, visual merchandising of the jewelry5. Marketing- Updating records, generate leads, and implementing sales and marketing campaigns6. Other- Budgeting, solving customer complaints, and monitoring and analysing customer feedback
