【Job Description】- Review purchase requests and material requirement planning - Prepare Purchase Orders and submit for approval- Send Purchase Orders to suppliers and obtain acknowledgement - Proactively follow-up orders to ensure timely delivery- Take action to resolve any case of changes, delays, quality issues, etc., cooperating with concerned colleagues and with suppliers and escalating to upper level if appropriate.- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with assigned suppliers- Maintain relations with direct material suppliers and share critical information with upper level- Support the research, select, qualification, and assessment of suppliers- Review status and trend of material stock against given objectives- Ensure that purchasing master-data, files, and documents and supplier/materials info records in the information system are continuously aligned and updated- Support functional improvement and saving plans- Support capital projects- Investigate and process inventory deletions and obsolescence requests when identified
