- Planning, managing and implementing for the Plant process optimization to meet the Company objectives and target.- Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. Utilizes the manpower base on the Plant operations requirements and continuous improvement in all aspects of the jog responsibilities for the department.- Plan and conduct training to enhance the process team skills and job knowledge and promote an effective communication among process personal.- Develop or revise standard process working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standard requirements.- Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems and anticipate the plant performance.- Prepare a proper planning for scheduled shut down and to lead the process team on the plant trouble shooting- Conduct plant performance analysis related to the production methods and process and implement the best engineering practices and to ensure the utilities consumption for the process is within the standard requirements- Work closely with others department i.e. PPD, QC, Operations and Sales to ascertain delivery dates in order to plan department operations.- To ensure that the company’s QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program are implemented and maintained in accordance with the standard requirement including adherence to the company’s applicable management system.- Ensure that reports on the performance of the company’s QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program presented to the Management Review meeting and used as a basis for continuous improvement on the overall management system.- Ensure adequate training provided to employee to create awareness as well as enhance safety culture within the department.- To adhere and implement Energy Management System requirement
