商社の営業職としてマネジャークラスのポジションを担っていただき、将来的には社長候補/補佐になっていただける方を募集しております。
当ポジションは、営業からマネジメントまで幅広い仕事に携わっていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
-ローカル従業員のマネジメントやオペレーション管理、現場の総監督
-顧客との連携、仲裁、折衝業務等
-顧客は日系製造業がメイン
-営業先への車運転が必須
-必要に応じた国内出張
-日本を含む海外関連会社との連携業務(日本語/英語)
-その他諸々
【補足事項】
・既存顧客とのお仕事が多く、長期的な関係構築に注力しています。
・既存顧客の7,8割は日本人担当, 2,3割がローカルスタッフ担当となります。
(担当者が日本人以外の場合、英語を社外でも使用する必要があります)
・国内(ペナン・ジョホール)の出張もあります。Benefit

1. Main tasks include testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation.
2. Responsible for identifying technical issues and getting to the root of the problem.
3. Proactively recommend solutions that’ll improve product durability and overall performance.
4. Familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all of our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions
5. Build products that address customers’ needs
- Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitoring the entire production cycle and prompt reporting on malfunctions
- Follow customer guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Review current quality defect, customer claims and update quality documents base on analytical findings
- Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average LT for quality checks, objectives)
- Coordinate with external parties in regards to calibrations and
- Work with internal teams by providing support for customer complaints, to increase customer satisfaction and quality of the productsBenefit

1. Installing SMT machines by connecting them to power sources and making any mechanical adjustments before using them
2. Periodical Cleaning workstations and equipment before and after production runs to ensure that the assembly line is always ready for new work
3. Working with engineers during new model adoption or troubleshoot existing products for defects
4. Use new program to change the parameter setting and make sure the mounted parts is correct
5. Productivity & quality improvement support
6. Take record of daily maintenance and report to Production Engineering Manager
7. Manufacturing efficiency Improvement
8. Perform schedule machines maintenance
9. Support production improvement activities.
10. Continuous upgrading and improvement of existing machine.
11. Supporting Engineer in equipment / product/ process evaluation
12. Perform the daily Machine/ equipment maintenance.
13. Carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled and ensure all machines are in good conditions
14. Record machine down time and report to engineer.
15. Trouble-shoot during machine breakdowns.
16. Involve in production line continuous improvement activities.
17. Assist engineers to create, modify, and test products and processes.
18. Produce timely and detailed service reports
Training & Experience:
Company will provide on-the-job training for newly hired SMT technicians.
This training will help the technician learn the specific procedures and techniques for the company. Training may include learning how to use the specific equipment and software the company uses.

1. Work in clean room environments and need to wear special clothing to keep the work area clean.
2. Require to shift work, and may vary depending on the production schedule.
