Required to travel over Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other South East Asia
①Daily works
・ Implement daily maintenance and repair outlet facilities in Malaysia to make sure the outlet operation is smooth
・ Provide the SOP and training to outlet staff to make sure they can do proper maintenance for outlet facilities in Malaysia and other South East Asia
・ Source new contractors and suppliers, and negotiate with them to reduce the fixing expense
・ Negotiate with the landlord on rental, and all other matters related to facilities’ repair and maintenance
・ Provide professional advice and support to our group outlets in South East Asia by cooperating with country manager, outlet manager and facility dept in each country
②Projects
・ Lead all renovation Project in South East Asia such as new opening, renovation of existing outlets, reinstatement of the venues and etc in terms of following tasks
・ Sourcing, vetting, communicating and managing the vendors, designers and suppliers
・ Communicating and Negotiating with Landlords such as mall owners,
・ Handling the schedule of the related license matters
・ Handling the Karaoke Machine matters with cooperating with IT dept, Solution dept and vendors such as Shipment, Transportation, Import, Export, Custom Clearance, Installation and etc
③Property Developments
・ Sourcing net potential venues, Prepare and Propose to the management with the proper documentation

- Verify product non-conformity and abnormality.
- Make judgment on Inspection result.
- Trigger and inform QC Manager on safety, critical failure during QC Inspection.

- Verify all customer return product has been identified and segregated.

<Job Purpose>
The incumbent will work directly with Managing Director and the management team, leading the IT financial planning, forecasting, strategize IT roadmap, manage and monitor projects implementation within budget and timeline in-line with business growth.
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is also to provide recommendations on organization’s IT strategy, actively involved in communicating with top management on current Technology tread. The CIO is to ensure that IT processes are comply to statutory requirement and cost control in IT spending.
<Duties & Responsibilities>

1. Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department and providing guidance to IT staff and internal organization.
2. Selecting and implementing suitable innovative technology to streamline all operations and optimize efficiency to gain competitive advantage.
3. Designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve both operations and customer experiences.
4. Oversee IT related projects, network infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance is achieved.
5. Analyze costs, value and risks of Information Technology to advise Top Management and suggest actions.
6. Plan and implement enhancement to systems by providing accurate information on business needs and priorities.
7. Provide layman advices and interpretation on technical jargons to non-technical audiences.
8. Establish relationships with stakeholders to develop trust and ensure reliability, timely and accuracy of information.
9. Interprets and deliver information on regulatory and industry wide rules, regulations and standards.
