Job Description
- Responsibility and Authority- Implement key performance indicator to monitor productivity and drive performance of operational, marketing and customer scorecard.- Analysing market trends and industry data to provide forecast on the industry short & long terms needs as well as developing new services and capabilities.- To collect and gather Market information timely to implement marketing plans and strategy effectively.- Explore new areas and new opportunities continuously to increase revenue of the Company.- Continuously motivate and unsure the team members to perform to the best of their abilities and assist them in achieving their sales target and personal performance.- Strong rapport or network with world-wide multi-industry environment.- Execute activities / processes necessary in the facilitation of sales and after sales services.- Develop relationships with existing and potential key customers.- Manage full process of the sales cycles from cold calling, understand customer's needs and requirements, submit quotation/proposal, presenting, negotiation & closing deals.- To assist field marketing team to close the sale and work towards achieving company target.- Manage own customer including service & support or contract renewal.- Responsible for customer support and keep customers informed of new products, pricing and any relevant updates.- To develop corporate marketing team & market development.- Handle customer related enquiries and complaints.- Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 & EICC policy.- To ensure that the quality and environmental policy and objectives is understood, implemented and maintained at areas under his or her control.- Promoting the use of process approach and risk-based thinking.- Ensuring that the resources needed for the QMS or EMS are available.- Communicating the importance effective quality and environmental Management Representative (MR) or Top Management.- Reporting on the performance of QMS and EMS and on opportunities for improvement, including environment performance, in particular to Management Representative (MR) or Top Management.- Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.- Promote awareness of importance of meeting customer and applicable legal and other requirements to which subscribes by the organization.- Promoting improvement.- Ensuring that the QMS and EMS processes are delivering their intended outputs.- Other job related activities as and when deemed necessary.
