- Develop and enhance transaction banking products and services from end to end to align with the product segment strategy; from ideation, market research, testing, review as well as handling management & regulatory approvals- Ensure product operational control in place (documented process & control) for the new & existing products or services related to transaction banking business (cash management & trade finance)- Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the product and process development stages- Able to analyse market data (product, market, competitor & etc) to develop and review the product and sales strategies for effective sales promotion plan- Establish & review product operating procedures, conduct process enhancement relating to transaction banking business and improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience- Involvement in the preparation of the Test Plan and Test script to ensure all the requirement scopes are cover, participate in UAT (coordination, testing, sign off) and post implementation activities- Negotiate with regulatory organization (such as Bank Negara Malaysia), Paynet or external party (such as lawyer or accountant) for development of new product or services- Ensure regulatory & compliance requirements with regards to transaction banking products & services are adhered to- Prepare relevant materials for implementing products or services, including internal operational workflow for new products (related to business promotion)

【Job summary】 Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoingloans. 【Details】• Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of attempts, contacts and amount collected. • Manage and maintain customer’s accounts to ensure the accounts are current and well conducted. • Contact customers to remind customers of payment schedule and obtain relevant payments. • Follow up overdue accounts by utilizing phone collection techniques, dunning letters, and legal counsel. • Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies. • Exercises judgement within defined practices and policies to determined appropriate action. • Assist in developing, planning and implementations of strategies to recover principle from borrowers whose non-performing loans have been charged off • Willing to work extra-miles such to improve current credit policy, credit analysis methodologies such as credit scoring/portfolio, portfolio analysis, client audit, etc. • Require to do field visit. • Performs other duties as assigned
