  【Job Summary】
  In line with our brand expansion in Malaysia, this role will drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with local advertising agencies. The primary objective is to enhance brand awareness and drive store traffic by facilitating smooth communication and alignment (in Japanese) between the Japan HQ and local management.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  1. Agency Management & Direction
  - Drive marketing initiatives, manage project timelines, and evaluate performance in collaboration with digital marketing and advertising agencies.
  - Execute social media operations (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and influencer (KOL) marketing strategies in partnership with agencies.
  
  2. HQ & Management Alignment (Japanese)
  - Translate and implement local marketing plans based on the brand guidelines provided by the Japan HQ.
  - Prepare reports and documentation in Japanese to provide progress updates on marketing initiatives.
