Job Description
【Summary】
Plan and execute brand activation campaigns, retail promotions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns while supporting PR initiatives, market research, and sales activities.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Planning and executing on-ground marketing activities, brand activations, roadshows and promotional events.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, manpower, vendors, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth execution of activations.
- Support PR initiatives including media coordination, press releases, and event publicity.
- Monitor competitor on-ground campaigns and promotional activities for market insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure activation strategies support sales objectives..
- Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings to align activation plans with business goals.
- Prepare post-activation reports including attendance, engagement, and performance analysis.

Requirement
【Must】
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh Graduate is acceptable
