Job Description
Summary
Lead and oversee cross-functional operations, driving business strategy execution, budget management, and organizational development across multiple departments. Manage and develop managerial teams, maintain key customer relationships, and provide strategic reporting and recommendations to senior management.
Job Responsibilities
1. Overseeing and managing cross-departmental functions.
2. Task managing, guiding, evaluating, and developing managers.
3. Executing and advancing business strategies.
4. Managing budgets and costs across the department.
5. Handling critical customer interactions and negotiations.
6. Promoting organizational culture and employee development.
7. Making proposals to and reporting to senior management.
8. Preparing quaterly and annual reports.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and warehousing operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing large-scale operations with 50 or more employees.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with operational systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), and ERP systems.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.English Level
